- I really like the Dilmah Hyson full-leaf young green tea -- it has excellent flavor and body. This broken orange pekoe, on the other hand, smells good but is rather flavorless. I'm not really sure how else to explain it, but there's a mistmatch between the nose and the (lack) of taste.
- It's hard to come up with a phrase to describe the taste other than 'beautiful'. very smooth, full-bodied, with a gentle-strong-ness. One of our favorites.
